Hard to judge. Still trying to find the right one with the right dosage. I had one that worked, but it gave me terrible headaches.

I don’t even know what to tell my doctor at this point because all that i can think about is that i’m making it up. but then why would i be? i don’t know, am i just being overdramatic? i just want this, whatever this is, to stop, but i don’t know. maybe this is normal? i don’t even know anymore

I am on meds and I always wonder if I need to be or if I'm being overdramatic or if they are even helping

i was the same! so i stopped, and now i don’t know if i’m feeling the way i am because the meds stopped, or that i think i need the meds hence me being oversensitive about everything & over-exaggerating what i’m feeling

do you feel better, or i don’t know, more functional, on it though, compared to when you’re not?

I've found arnica gel or oil, if you apply it to the bruise the day it shows up and keep up with it, helps them fade quicker.

If you can, go to a different class, or at least place yourself across the room. Realize that there are things that you are good at that she is not, even if vice versa is also true. Remember why you started pole: was it to be competitive with others?

I really really like this advice. I started pole to become a more artistic and strong me, and to do competitions, not to beat myself up and try to reign supreme at my studio. I appreciate this a lot
