My "We Were Liars" crackpot theory (spoilers!)
My theory deals with the title, that it isn't actually "liars" like people who lie, but "liars" as in like lair, a secret or private place in which a person seeks concealment or seclusion, and a play on the last name SincLAIR... It kind of makes sense because Gat, Mirren, and Johnny are who Cady decides to take seclusion with, they were her lair in a sense...
