One second I was literally crying because I was feeling so sad, heavy and unmotivated, feeling defeated and dreading the thought of buying new clothes for an event next month 😭. Then, thanks to my beloved @anitagtz14 and her words (and example!) , I found the will to push myself through a joyful workout and wrap it up by that flexing pic 💪. Looking at that slightly shaped shoulder, I remembered what I could and still can achieve!
