As promised, checking in after my bootycall! ☺️ Swam for 15 mins! Wore my polar in the water (which was awesome!) but the total length was off bc the pool I swim in isn't standard size. I'll just add 1 mile to #200bycruise, so 89 down! Heading home to eat a healthy breakfast & foam roll. #tiutri

Had an amazing trip home to see my family. Was excited to complete my first 10k with both my brothers and sister-in-law. Don't know if you can tell how soaked we were. It poured down rain during the race but we had a blast. We are planning on doing a tri next year! Plus I got to spend time with my dad and roam the beautiful #virginia countryside. Help in the garden with dad on the tractor. Spend the day with my mom and we visited the lavender farm and they had chickens this year. Plus i had a fantastic Birthday with them.
