Notes: Sophia wants Theo to prove he can be fun.
It was a slow day at work, for Sophia at least. Her supervisor seemed to have her hands full, as did many of the higher-ups, and she was mostly left to fend for herself--which was fine since she usually hated the pointless tasks that they gave her. It was days like these that made her wish they would already promote her from her intern position and let her actually help get work done. She could write as well as the next person, and if she could, she'd actually choose topics and stories that regular wizards actually gave a damn about. Not that there was no one out there who actually liked politics, but a bit of entertainment to level it out never hurt anyone.
It was barely five when her supervisor came over and said that she could leave early. Sophia almost brought up that she wanted to work on a story but ended up not saying anything about it since her supervisor seemed far too stressed about something and the last thing she wanted was to be on the receiving end of an angry authoritative figure. She considered going over to Santana's station, but thought against it since she knew that might make her end up sticking around longer than she would have even without the early dismissal. Besides, she said she'd meet up with Theo and have some fun tonight, so that was her agenda right now.
After clocking out, she wasted no time and headed back to her apartment to change out of her work clothes into something more casual and comfortable. Giving her black cat, Sparta, an affectionate pat on the head and muttering out an, "I'm going out; I'll be back later," she headed off to the Weasley's Wizard Wheezes shop, figuring that Theo would meet her there. If they didn't find anything interesting in there, they could always head down to the shops at Knockturn Alley.
