‘You know what I would would like for the MC of the Freshman series to do? Leave her friends for a while! Like maybe in book 2 of the Junior she can study in San Francisco and meet up with some of the cast of #LoveHacks? She could get a paid internship for that company that the LH MC and Leah started! As an actual lifelong mom friend, TJ MC you’re doing it wrong. People within this label will actually give their friends info that’ll help them in times of crisis, and not just worry about their wellbeing in silence. Also being a mom friend does not mean you don’t have an identity of your own outside of helping. If you lean completely on others in order to know how to feel, act, and live your daily life that’s called being codependent.

‘ People give the Junior MC crap for her constant need to help others, but I have that same tendency, and for this same reason she says at the party - if I'm stressed, helping people feels like a productive thing to do and makes me feel better. I remember playing the Freshman and noticing how much better I was at setting boundaries than I used to. This app has been a good way for me to practice recognizing (even when MC might not) when something is not my job to fix'
