I decided on breakfast for dinner. I had mini bagels topped with Laughing Cow Creamy Original and our homemade cayenne pepper flakes made with homegrown cayenne peppers from our garden and caramel Super Coffee to quench my thirst. There was a promotion for a variety pack of Super Coffee on Facebook. I'm happy I took advantage of the offer. Previously, I only drank Vanilla. It's my favorite.

I purchased The Laughing Cow creamy original from Walmart online grocery pickup as part of the TLCInsidersWalmart campaign through The Insiders. All opinions are my own. Full disclosure, The Laughing Cow makes a garlic and herb variety of spreadable cheese wedges. My oldest daughter Alannah used to bring me those to snack on. I mentioned it to my youngest daughter Alyssah who was a little annoyed I didn't also pick up the cheese I already knew was delicious. We initially tried The Laughing Cow Creamy Original on toasted mini bagels. The Laughing Cow Creamy Original is a flavorful, all purpose cheese with a velvety smooth texture. I'd like to keep some around just for bagels. My daughter Alyssah was making sriracha pimento cheese dip for game night. I asked her if she could create a dip using The Laughing Cow Creamy Original as well. She decided to use both cheese products. The results are a fantastic, adults only cheese dip.

Alyssah's Tipsy Cow Dip

1 1/2 containers Creamy Original Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges

1 container Price's Pimento Cheese Spread

1/4 cup dry white wine

3 slices, cooked and crumbled bacon

Handful of fresh herbs of choice, we used parsley, green onions, fresh dill and Garlic to taste

Shredded cheese, we used Cheddar

Salt and pepper to taste

honey to taste

combine ingredients and enjoy

You'll notice the display features two topped Laughing Cow Creamy Original Cheese Wedges. One is topped with honey. One is topped with homemade canned pepper jelly. In addition to topping our bagels with The Laughing Cow Creamy Original Cheese Wedges, I'd also like to use a Laughing Cow and Honey fusion as the flavors marry well. A last minute dip created with The Laughing Cow Creamy Original and Homemade Pepper Jelly shouldn't last long. I expect it'd be a hit at the next paint night. The Laughing Cow Creamy Original is a very versatile cheese. It's delicious on its own and elevates the flavor of fusions and recipes. I'm happy to have this opportunity to try the variety I ordinarily overlook in favor of its flavored counterparts.

We were also pleased we were able to use products from both the #pricespreadinsiders and the #tlcinsiderswalmart campaigns in one original recipe.
