Hello Darling @septembersart :D
As promised I’ve started the fic that goes with your art, but I’m afraid I don’t have the time to write everything down I’d want to write down. So, until the main gift is posted, here are some headcanons that may or may not have made it into the fic:
Up until Cinder got her letter from Hogwarts she didn’t even know she had magic. She lived under a staircase in a house with her stepmother and stepsisters. But she realizes now that maybe her reputation that she can repair everything that’s broken comes from her magic.
The crown prince of England, Kai, who is a muggle and knows nothing of the Wizardy world, heard about her skills and sought her help when he broke the very new playstation his father had given him. It was love at first sight.
When Thorne was sorted, the sorting head was doubting between Slytherin and Gryffindor. It was Thorne himself who kept on insisting that putting him in Gryffindor would be a big mistake. (And he couldn’t be more wrong)
Winter spent her life under the watchful eye of nurses and doctors and had learned at a very young age to hide her visions.
But she never could hide them from Jacin, her childhood friend and a muggle. Even though he doesn’t understand where her visions come from, he’s never judged her. Instead, he told her he loved her in the summer before her fourth year, which made leaving him behind even harder.
Wolf is a werewolf and therefore not allowed at Hogwarts, but he and Scarlet ran into each other when she was visiting the nearby town and ever since Scarlet has been sneaking in and out to see him. And the other way round.
Scarlet never leaves before she knows that Winter is taken care of.
Cress is the one making sure that no one of the crew ever fails a class. She makes the best notes AND adds details not even her teachers know and hands them out to her friends. She’s also the one who developed maps of the secret hallways and cloaks her friends whenever she needs to. She’s the reason that Scarlet and Wolf have never been caught.
Thorne still thinks that Cress is made of porcelain and refuses to leave her side, even during dinner and lunch. Scarlet is the only one who can pull him away from the Ravenclaw table.
