UUGHHH, I love a good grumpy x sunshine. And references to Greek mythology? MWAH💋

However, I kind of hate how their romance doesn't come to fruition until the very end. Can't I have like.. one more chapter? Like how about we resolve the romance FIRST, and then move on to fixing the sideplots like family and home, etc.

As someone who is only vaguely familiar with the story of Persephone, I appreciated the characters referencing it very explicitly. The confession was so cute. It was the perfect way to work around his shyness and unwillingness to talk of his feelings.

Ugh the ending carried so hard. I wanted to rate it higher, but Adam was almost too grumpy for me tbh. (That's what makes it so much better though, when they get together) And the pacing bothered me. Ending so worth though.

"Atlas? Who named him Atlas?"

"His Grace did."

"And His Grace does not think it a ridiculous name? It being Greek and mythological?"

"I 'spect not, Yer Grace. Named 'is own mount, Zeus. That be one o' them heathen gods, too"

"Then I had best search the forest for a sorceress who can transform me into a horse, or else I shall be doomed to spend the rest of my life in a constant state of ridiculousness."
