i feel weird for having kintypes from different sources who'd have hated each other if met in canon. for context, i'm a hyena character from some obscure book, but also Nala from TLK. suffice to say, if me from one life met me from the other life, it would probably not end well. cue identity crisis.
@all my fellow TLK kin, I love you! I love my sons Scar and Mufasa, and my daughter-in-law Sarabi, and my grandchild Simba, and my grandchild-in-law Nala, and my great-grandchildren Kiara and Kopa and Kion, and, and my great-grandchild-in-law Kovu, and of course I love my husband Ahadi and!!! everyone else from The Lion King franchise!! y'all are so good!!!! - mother cat Uru ฅ(^・ω・^ฅ)
Watching kiaras hunt in the lion king 2 just...gets to me. She spent /years/ training for it! And dad couldn't trust her to go alone for it. He ruined it for her.
hello! i'm sarabi from the lion king and i'm looking for anyone, but i would be over the moon to find mufasa or simba

Hello! I'm Nala from the Lion King series and I'm looking for Simba and Kiara mostly! Like/rb!

i actually got a kion kin memory?
It was around the end of tlk2 during the battle. The guard and Jasiri cut off a few of the outlanders and basically kept them out of the battle so there were less for Simba and the lionesses to worry about. We stayed right outside of the battle and Ono circled around so that if anything happened, I could rush in and use the roar. Simba wanted us to stay out of it for the most part because he didn’t want to lose the lion guard if the worst possible outcome happened and I couldn’t use the roar in time.
I know when she got older, Jasiri basically became another member of the Lion Guard. We were happy to have her.
I also remember after the battle welcoming Kovu into the family and watching Kiara and Kovu roar with our parents before heading out to make sure that Zira really was gone and to bring home to the pridelands any outlanders who had stayed behind.
Scar from The Lion King here, and although I do admit that there were a few flaws in my plan, I have no regrets and would do it again.
