Ianthe and Naberius’ relationship makes me feel so many things. Because she’ d never admit as much, but she shaped a lot of herself to him, and he shaped to her. Of course they both ended up bound for eternity, despite the fact that neither one of them would have wanted that. She was only ever allowed to invite one person to her own birthday parties, and she chose who it was every year just to piss him off. He was punished for putting Ianthe down in favor of Corona, so when forced to choose between the twins, he made sure to side with Ianthe.
We give Ianthe a lot of shit for not paying attention to her sister, and how much she cares for Judith of the “calendars for every birthday” fame, and it’s earned, but you have to flip the question around. Coronabeth really should have asked the question sooner, but she didn’t.
After all, who cares about Babs?
