20. Who has the best introduction scene?
Ooh! This is a great question! I’m gonna say it’s a tie between Rumple and Emma.
Rumple’s intro is so fascinating and gives a glimpse of so much of what makes his character so memorable -- his intrigue, his twisted sense of humor, how much he intimidates people (even those who have him locked up), and his love of deals. Also, Robert ROCKS that makeup and sells Rumple as someone so unlike his fairytale counterpart, but just as iconic!
Meanwhile, Emma’s intro really gets to the point of what’s great about Emma: She’s so much more than she seems. The love story that kicks off her story is stopped in its track as a ruse devised by her, she can read people like a brochure, and is very used to life in our world. She’s soon going to be in for the ride of her life, but we know from this one scene that she’s capable of so much! And I also love how her intro shows off her insecurities too, showing that there will still be a journey for this character to go on.
22. Who is your favorite villain?
Pan! I actually wrote an entire essay about why I love him!
28. Who is your favorite princess?
I’m gonna say it’s a tie between Tiana and Snow! Both are leaders who actually get to deal with aspects of leadership as well as the mixing of their cursed and real selves, they’re badass resistance leaders, and they rock their ballgowns!
