So I Thought I Was Really Really Bad At Styling Wigs But I Made This Post To Prove To Myself Im Not As Terrible As I Think. I Give Myself Little Credit All These Were Cheap Ebay Wigs 1) The Thin Layer Blue Wig($7.99) I Did A Lot To Transform It. I Cut,Hot Glued, And Painted. I Only Used The Wig Hairs From This Wig. I Used The Whole Wig And Every Peace Of Hair To My Advantage. 2)The Next Is This Thin Layer Platinum Blonde Wig($6.99) I Dyed It This Light Colored Lemonade Pink Blonde With Fabric & Acrylic Paint I Had. The Color Is Inspired By Jonghyun's Hair In His MV "She Is" Then Styled It In A Way The Wig Netting Wouldnt Show. 3) The Last Is This Fluffy Black Wig($11.83) It Used To Be A Judal Wig And It Just Wasnt Great At All The Back Fluffed Up In Like A Very Awkward Way And Stood Up On Its Own. I Had To Cut The Wig A Lot Most Of The Cutting Was Done In The Bottom Layers And Then The Top Layer Was Trimmed Very Short To Create The Spiked Up Kuro Look. Now Keep In Mind All These Wigs Are Cheap And Dont Have A Lot Of Layers And Arent Meant To Be Styled They Way I Styled Them I Made The Impossible Possible And Im Very Proud Of Myself Honestly. I Want To Let Everyone Know You Dont Have To Buy A Hella Expensive Wig To Style A Wig The Way You Want You Can Cosplay On A Small Budget Take It From Me A Person Who Doesnt Work Yet And Doesnt Really Have That Much Money. Sure Cosplay Is An Expensive Hobby But It Can Be Doable With Careful Planing And Money Management.
