Proficiencies: Martial Arts, Obedience to Authority Inefficiencies: Unfamiliar with Environment, Easy to Anger, As Egotistical as the Rest of the Foot Clan Raised in Foot Clan territory, Leo takes on a lot after his master, Oroku Karai. She trained him since he was an infant, and he takes pride in his own skills and lineage. As per mantra, he will do whatever it takes to complete a mission. However, while he was formally taught every skillset it takes to be the perfect soldier, he lacks any knowledge or exposure of the world outside of the Foot.
