anyone got recs for things to help with clenching ur jaw? I been extra anxious lately and mine is killing me
ive been using some heat packs on and off all day but I find that doesn't do much to help the soreness or swelling. same with taking tylenol tho that does help the massive tension headaches ive been getting a little bit
any and all recommendations would be welcome
