Like Father Like Son song rec time! Note that if you send me any I store them for times like these because I don’t want to constantly flood my blog, but I am happy to get them! c:

Also know that I am. Extremely picky for what goes on the playlist because it’s what I put on while writing and I have to nail the vibes AND it has to match my personal music taste or it will distract me. So don’t be discouraged that I turn most down, I still like looking at new songs~ 

Brick by Boring Brick: Hmm, I can kind of see it but I don’t add anything that doesn’t pop out as lfls fitting to the playlist, so I’m going to pass on this one 

World So Cold (Piano Version): Oh, not bad! I think the lyrics do fit but the piano doesn’t mash that well with it in my opinion? Just a personal music taste that the piano feels like it’s competing with the lyrics, so it would be distracting to have on while I’m writing. 

What I’ve Done/ Numb / In the End: Haha, yeah there is a decent amount of Linkin Park in the playlist, but I also have a personal rule of max three songs from a band just to keep some fun variety in the playlist. 

I’m Not Okay / If These Scars Could Speak: I think I’m Not Okay is more of a built up personal struggle than something sparked by an incident like LFLS, so not quite! The other one is a bit too heavy metal for my personal taste. 

Paranoia: Ohhh I like this one :0 It drags on a bit long, but that’s the main nitpick I have with it. 

Untitled: Also a really good contender for the playlist. I’d consider it~

The Man I Used to Be: This sounds way too old of a POV to be a scared fourteen year old, haha

So I started just rambling about the wips I had, but then my organizational side got the better of me, and decided to just make this kind of a masterpost of my work with appropriate links and such wherever necessary (also, I’m going to define “plot bunnies” as things that are floating in my head and have not been written down yet).

For the writing ask thing: 2 for "When the Moon Meets the Morning"

The first scene I put down was actually the fire scene from the first chapter (not the prologue; I actually wrote all the dream sequences last). I’m much better with action scenes, so writing down a more intense situation was a lot easier for me than most of the dialogue-heavy interactions.
