I will not answer questions that involve plot spoilers.
April, Casey or other characters in the TMNT franchise may be major players in the plot and are therefore in the spoiler territory, and thus I will not answer questions about them.
I did not include all asks or notes I’ve got to this list since I left out ones I thought were irrelevant or repetitive.
I prefer the term “TMNT iteration” or “TMNT version” when talking about “TMNT: Once Human”. “TMNT AU” is okay, but please do NOT use “rottmnt au” as a way to refer to this iteration, since that insinuates that I have based it solely on Rise of the TMNT. I created this as if I were to create a new iteration of its own to add to the franchise. Rise certainly has it’s influences on my work and my style, but I have borrowed from various TMNT iterations and added my own spin to it to create this concept.
Hello me amor! I've recently went back into the ROTTMNT fandom and I genuinely couldn't be more happier. I made a new account and relooked through most of your art and AH ITS SO GOOD!! All of your art is amazing, even non ROTTMNT related art :3 Anywho, I stumbled back to your iteration of TMNT and it genuinely hyped me the FUCK UP! I cannot wait to see this long running story, and it has inspired me to do stuff of my own. I have to ask though, what are the heights of the main four? (1/2)

Either way, I'm glad you're enjoying what I've posted of my iteration! And I think that's a great question! Here are the heights of the main four, plus Splinter! I basically just slapped my line-up on a height chart (and made some minor adjustments to heights) and added Splinter! Enjoy!
And in case the heights are difficult to read, here they are in order of height:
Raphael - 6'11" / 211cm
Donatello - 5'6" / 168cm

Some fluff, hurt/comfort, and just plain angst with the TMNT: OH turtles based on various prompts from friends!
I was taking prompts from my friends on a discord server and doodling some angsty stuff. Folks seemed to want Bishop messing with Mikey, so I drew a little scene from TMNT ‘03 to practice, and then did a few attempts with my own version of Bishop and Mikey from TMNT: Once Human

I don't think this was a request/prompt (since I don't take those), but it did give me an intense urge to draw OH! Mikey getting a hug. So here it is, and thank you, Anon, for the good vibes!
A while ago someone sent me a message asking me if there were any instances of people underestimating TMNT: Once Human’s Michelangelo and if we’d get any “beware the nice ones” moments. I think this may answer their question…
Things I learned:
Animating action
Wind effects and messing with gravity
Putting together various shot compositions in one sequence
I’ve always enjoyed drawing action sequences, and I believe I’ve found I enjoy animating them, too. I referenced both Rise of the TMNT and some airbending from “Avatar” for this sequence. I’m very happy with how this came out!
Did more of an animatic than an animation for this one, but I figured I should practice my storyboarding skills, too. Did this based on this tiktok that a friend shared with me, saying that it reminded them of my TMNT: Once Human turtles, and honestly, it reminded me of them, too :3
Things I learned:
audio timing for an animatic
choosing the key expressions/poses for an animatic (and giving it variety)
character-based reactions
In other news, I had a bit of a slowdown with my other comics and projects, like TMNT:OH, due to having classes, participating in collab projects, and trying to practice my other art skills. I’m thinking I’ll be getting back into things this spring. I’ll let y’all know of my update schedule as I figure it out ;3
Here’s my last batch of turtle angst doodles based on prompts/requests that I got, this time involving only TMNT: Once Human turtles.
The prompts were a bit more specific this time, and I also took a few liberties on the prompts myself:
bruised and resting against each other, head-on-shoulder, after a battle (a reminder that OH! Donatello has robotic prosthetic legs)
poison in the veins
separated and trying to reach each other while someone is hurt (basically just me re-creating the TMNT 2012 episode “The Fourfold Trap”, but with OH! Leo and Raph)
shielding someone from a hit; arms wrapped around them protectively
taking a hit meant for someone else (I included the context for a doodle from day 1 for this)
hiding an injury (a reminder that OH! Mikey is a softshelled turtle) (with bonus medic-Leo!)

More turtle angst prompts! This time with comics!
The first prompt I got was Once Human Donnie and Leo “seeing the shadows of their past”
The second was some mind-control angst with Mikey and Leo, and since I already have a whole comic with Leo being controlled by a villain, I figured it was time to reverse the roles ;3
The last one was for some ‘87 Donatello and Raphael angst, which inspired me to draw this scenario that I had been playing in my head for a bit, based on the events of some recent ‘87 TMNT episodes I’ve seen and the likely consequences of them

Ok, so I last week I might’ve gone a leeetle bit feral and drawn a lot of angst. I wasn’t feeling the motivation for some projects, so to get my drawing mojo back, I asked for some angst requests/suggestions from a discord server I’m part of and drew some turtle angst featuring TMNT ‘87, Rottmnt, and TMNT: Once Human. ‘Twas fun!
The angst prompts I got were:
nightmares
arriving home injured/exhausted/close to unconsciousness
carrying an injured ally/putting pressure on a wound
one turtle protecting the rest
manhandling/being restrained by a villain
comforting someone during a breakdown/hugging and crying
I did this 3 nights in a row >:3
Day 2, Day 3
Was feeling some stress so I doodled my “Once Human” turts during a class and felt better
This came to mind due to an ask I recently received. Let’s just say that movie nights at the Hamato’s involve a lot of debate over what to watch XD

@eternalglitch and I had a discussion about an ask they got and we decided that LFLS Leo and OH!Leo would probably get along, since they have a lot in common including an appreciation for scarves.
In the bottom left, Leo is signing that the two of them are the “same”. The scarf they’re sharing in the upper right is the colors of the oriented aroace flag, which both of them would use.
