Underfell headcanon
Many monster's homes have rods sticking out of the outer walls, usually by the front doors. These rods are used to display the body count from their victims, to act as a warning and other things. How this is done is simple: when a monster kills somebody, they will tear off a small strip of their clothing (but in some cases, their skin was torn instead) and the strips tied around the rod.

(( -Undyne is not the head of the Royal Guard. She's the maid of Papyrus and Sans. She lost her eye to Papyrus. -Dogamy is an asshole. He constantly abuses Dogaressa. Nobody really misses him when Serif kills him. -Ember (the fire schoolgirl in Hotland) is part of a Sukeban gang. The skateboard girl is essentially a slave to the gang. -Toriel really isn't all that bad. She's just very sassy and loves dick jokes. -The crime rate in the capital is worse than Detroit and NYC combined. It's an extremely dangerous place. -The monsters who are still living in the ruins were unaffected by Asgore's 'kill or be killed' policy. -Muffet is openly against Asgore's policies. This will later cause her to get executed when Serif founds Snow Angel. -When Serif and Asgore finally confronted and battled, the intensity of their opposing energies was enough to shatter the barrier. All the residents of Ebotton got to watch a Goat-cat-person and a Skeleton engage in a violent fight next to the pit. ))

(( -Unlike his normal counterpart, who gouged out his eye just cuz, Underfell!Serif gouged his out for a reason. It was to symbolize him breaking away from the Dreemurr Regime, since the eye was embedded in him under orders from Asgore. -He didn't steal the eyepatch from Undyne. He just asked for one. Since my headcanon of her is a huge pushover, she agreed. -The crack in his skull is from gouging his eye out. Seriously, that thing is powerful. -He thinks his Undertale counterpart is insane. -He and Asgore were close friends, even though Asgore executed his fiancee. Sans was deceived into thinking it was a lab accident though, and only found out the truth after Papyrus died. -The rebel group that Underfell Serif leads is called 'Snow Angel'. [SUCCESSFUL REBELLION VERSE] -When he finally gained enough LOVE to kill Asgore, he took over the throne and began reforms. Because of his kindness and the fact that he was a skeleton, the residents of the Underground started affectionately calling him 'King Calcium'. When he found about this, he happily accepted the nickname, even changing his SMS username to 'Lord_of_malkkkkkkk_420'. ))
