QUESTION
Do I sign up for the North Face Endurance Challenge half marathon, and go for a top spot? Or do I do the 50k again and try to better my time? They've moved the race to April to avoid the heat every year, which is a super smart idea.
I talked to my coach about my throat thing. Previously I have thought thanks to usualchatter that it was maybe vocal chord dysfunction, but my coach says maybe exercise induced asthma. She has it and has an inhaler she uses occasionally. Either way, its really starting to piss me off during my runs, and it brings me close to tears because it is so frustrating. Once I am on my work's health insurance I am seeing a doctor about it.
When that gets resolved, via inhaler or whatever they say, the 50k or half should be easier to train for and make for a better race.
Top female in the half or better my time in the 50k?
