Random fandomless frog oc's. Their species have a form of magic that are expressed differently depending on their biological gender. Females secrete a mucus that is a source of their magic- anything they make with their bare hands become coated and absorb the life energy, giving the items all sorts of effects depending on the witch's intention, mood, and general control of their energy. Secreting the mucus does remove the melanin on the skin, leaning the palms faded and pale over time- it's how one can tell an expert from a newbie.

Males have their source of magic in their throat, and can sing to cast spells instead. So, males of these species are bards.

Can the toad bone rite be modified to fit your needs? Such as changing it to a frog and on a different tree, or maybe on a staff? Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I can’t find anything on it.

That’s because if you change it, it’s no longer the toad bone rite.

I’m not saying something won’t happen, but you won’t be a toad witch. And honestly...I’d deeply consider why you want to change it. It’s an established process that there’s info on, and even then it’s a scary and intense ritual.

If you want to change and make a new one you’ll be going in blind and that’s not for me to say is a good or bad thing. Just making sure you know that it’s different.

My knee jerk reaction is “No.” but every piece of witchcraft and every ritual that’s tried and true was new once too...just...really think about it before trying. Like seriously. These types of things aren’t something to do casually.

Last night I did a few things under the Black Moon of July 31st. I started with a spell from Alexander's Archives Discord server, and then a tarot reading to gain insight on what had happened during my spell casting. The point of the spell posted below was to rid myself of the negativity brought to my door and my person by recent visits this past couple of months. I could feel the negativity dripping off of me, and it seeped into my craft, I needed it gone. The spell worked wonders. I could feel the bad energy fleeing with every verse. But among the working, I found myself calling to Hecate for power and protection. Her name on my lips never tasted so sweet. Afterwards I was drained, but I couldn't leave it at that. I immediately consulted my cards to better understand why Hecate. The cards showed me that this journey to her is going to be a difficult one, that it's going to be a true test of faith, and I'm going to have to dig deep within myself to find a worthy follower. But it'll be worth it. I'm going to find balance and peace with her. My craft is going to grow, and so am I.

Curse Breaker Spell from Alexander's Archives Discord Server

ingredients: Smoky Quartz stone such as a tumble stone or quartz point, between 3-5 candles for the occasion, ground cinnamon, pencil or pen, slip of paper, fire safe dish, lighter

Steps: Set your 3-5 candles for the occasion up around yourself in a way so its symmetrical and you can sit comfortably in the middle with one candle front of you, (you can have your grimoire or phone with you if you can't/don't memorize the spell) ground and center yourself while holding the smoky quartz, light up your candles, perform the spell and after reciting for the third time add a pinch of cinnamon into each candle flame, draw CBC sigil on paper, charging it with energy from the spell and smoky quartz, then burn in a fire safe dish to activate, end spell, practice self care and cleanse the smoky quartz when rested.
