Hiya, since I have a growing amount of Kombucha Scoby in my jars and I can’t keep feeding it to my dog, Rainy to clear it off, I would like to offer my resilient kombucha SCOBYs’ (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) to anyone that’s interested to try their hands in making their own Kombucha or Jun tea at home. I will share the step-by-step and tips to you too once you receive the Scoby. Each piece of the Scoby are measured about 8cm diameter and will grow a new layer of Scoby that adapts to the shape of your brewing jar.
