Today didn’t go as planned, ideally I was gonna use the drone around Darwen Tower and also capture a sunset, well after getting caught in the snow and low cloud that was not gonna happen today. Autumnal Woodland sketch by Bernard L'Estrange Via Flickr: Who doesn't love Autumn? Surely everyone does? It's a season that has been hijacked by Halloween, bonfires, fireworks and "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!". However for the purist it's about the colours, the falling leaves and long woodland walks. I'm certainly a purist, and each year i ensure a visit to Roddlesworth Reservoir for my Woodland fix. This was taken on the morning after Bonfire night- i'd parked next to the still glowing embers of a bonfire in the village of Tockholes. Beautiful isn't it? Maybe i'll see you there next Autumn.
