Mah dudes! Holy Christmas, I guess this is a PR. I pulled 275lbs 1x2 and it felt pretty dang smooth. 275 was ALWAYS a bit of a struggle. . It was another mind eff today. I had to pull 95% which is 280 but I didn't have the confidence in myself to do it. I figured 275 is an okay compromise. I'm wishing I did 280 but honestly, I'm so happy with what I did, the ease in which I did it and the confidence I am gaining back in my deadlift. This hypertrophy block is bringing about some crazy strength gains and I love it! .
