இன்று தமிழகத்தின் 4 மாவட்டங்களில் கனமழைக்கு வாய்ப்பு: வானிலை மையம் எச்சரிக்கை

இன்று (மே 5) தமிழகத்தின் சில பகுதிகளில் கனமழையும், இடி மின்னலோடு லேசான மழையும் பெய்யக்கூடும் என்று வானிலை மையம் தகவல் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

சென்னை வானிலை மையம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில், தென்னிந்தியாவின் மேலடுக்கு வளிமண்டலத்தில் கிழக்கு மற்றும் மேற்கு திசை காற்றுகள் சந்திக்கும் பகுதி உருவாகி இருப்பதால், வானிலை மாறுபாடுகள் காணப்படுவதாக கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் காரணமாக, தமிழகத்தின் சில பகுதிகள், புதுச்சேரி மற்றும் காரைக்கால் பகுதிகளில் மணிக்கு 30 முதல் 40 கி.மீ. வேகத்தில் வீசக்கூடிய காற்றுடன் கூடிய லேசானது முதல் மிதமான மழை பெய்யக்கூடும்.

இந்த மாவட்டங்களில் ஓரிரு இடங்களில் கனமழை பெய்யக்கூடும் என வானிலை மையம் எச்சரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளது.

மேலும், தமிழகம், புதுச்சேரி மற்றும் காரைக்கால் பகுதிகளில் சில இடங்களில் அதிகபட்ச வெப்பநிலை சாதாரணத்தை விட 2 முதல் 3° செல்சியஸ் அதிகமாக இருக்கக்கூடும். அதிக வெப்பத்துடனும் ஈரப்பதத்துடனும் கூடியதால் சில பகுதிகளில் வெப்பம் சார்ந்த அசௌகரியங்கள் ஏற்படலாம் எனவும் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
