one of the things that fucks me up the most about jesse pinkman

he has always had this appreciation for life. he can't quite articulate it he kind of sucks at actually discussing things but he has a clear fascination and even love for just. things that are alive and the beauty of the world. there's a scene in season 2? i think? where he's just staring at this big beetle. and watching it move along (he might have picked it up at one point i'm not sure) and then skinny pete comes along and steps on it lol. and jesse is clearly saddened but he doesn't acknowledge it because he's gotta be a tough guy.

so in Ozymandias, when jack has the go-ahead from walt to shoot jesse in the head, jesse looks up, to the sky. and he sees two birds flying above him. and it's such a quick scene but it makes me cry to think about, because he didn't just close his eyes and be done with it when he heard the gun click behind his head. he looked up. he wanted to have one last look at the world, the color of the sky (lol) and just maybe one last look at life and it's just so. heartbreaking. it hurts man. me and my guy jesse pinkman

It is insanely funny to me that the main two genres of brba/bcs ship are "guy who dies x guy who kills him" (see: toddjesse, laloward) or "middle aged guy who ruins lives x younger guy who tries to kill him at least once" (see: waltjesse, lacho)
