Matilda Enters the Fray

Breaking News: A new violent Australian has hit San Peludo, locals concerned about increased chances of property damage from street fights.

Back in 2021 when I was putting together a Kelly the Kangaroo pitch-bible, I included a companion character who was supposed to be from Kelly's video game and, in-fiction, was even going to be lined up for a FPS sequel to Kelly's brawler-platformer title.

I always intended to introduce her later in the form of the actual, eventually-to-be Kelly the Kangaroo comic, but I kept not having the opportunity. Rather than wait indefinitely while I work on my main webcomic, I elected to give her a redesign and adjust her name to introduce her early.

Consequently, say hello to Matilda the Bilby, mad scientist, FPS protagonist, and the second video game protagonist to land in San Peludo, Califurnia.
