I've started talking about what we're doing all the time, even if it's just putting groceries away. One thing I realized is that the conversation can take many turns. For example, today while I was unpacking our groceries I unpacked a couple apples, and started talking about the colours of apples, their shape, where they grow, how they're so tasty and even the farmers that grow them 😁😁.
