Hi, I am todokara take anon! No offense to Kafka but they explained how Totty and Kara are foils to each other, how they're treated by other characters and how they're presented in the anime while not addressing the relationship between the two - they do not interact with each other much, and don't really have a connection like jyushiichi or osotodo do. Todomatsu (and other brothers) also tended to abuse Karamatsu's desire to be needed rather than appreciate it, and Kara has been getting more of a backbone since season 3 so he may not tolerate that kind of behavior from him.

Please do not think that I am shaming them for liking the ship, I see why they like it and I am guilty of a similar thing myself with another Totty ship, but objectively, as far as anime is concerned, they don't really have chemistry, and this ship is mostly projected on by fans.
