I ordered these toe pads at RUIMIO BeautyTool Store in AliExpress. Toe pad price per pair: US $ 1.24 Shipping cost via China Post Registered Air Mail: US $ 3.16
I like wearing these toe pads. It is comfortable and it effectively cushions my feet.

I received regular tracking updates in my email.
I immediately went to the local post office to pick up this package a day after I received the email notification: "Shipment at local distribution center"
I paid only Php 112.00 as postal handling fee to the Philippine Postal Corporation upon picking up my package.
PHLPost explained that the postal handling fee is separate and not covered by the new customs and tariff law involving imported goods with de minimis value worth P10,000 and below which are exempted from Custom duties and taxes.
