Indulge in layers of creamy vanilla ice cream, gooey caramel sauce, crunchy pecans, and sweet toffee bits, all nestled between buttery graham cracker crumbs. This frozen treat is perfect for any occasion, from casual gatherings to special celebrations.
Ingredients: 1.5 qt vanilla ice cream. 1 cup caramel sauce. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 cup toffee bits. 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers. 1/2 cup melted butter.
Instructions: Place the vanilla ice cream out in the open air for a few minutes to soften it. Crush the graham crackers and melt the butter in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well blended. Make a crust in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish by pressing half of the graham cracker mixture into it. Cover the crust in the baking dish with half of the softened ice cream. Add half of the caramel sauce on top of the ice cream. Spread half of the pecans that have been chopped and half of the toffee bits on top of the caramel. Repeat the layers: add the rest of the graham cracker mixture, the rest of the softened ice cream, the rest of the caramel sauce, the rest of the chopped pecans, and the rest of the toffee bits. Place the baking dish in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is firm. The ice cream cake will be easier to cut if you let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Slice the ice cream cake into pieces and enjoy!
