A delightful and refreshing twist on traditional cream soda, this Strawberry-Coconut Cream Soda combines the sweetness of ripe strawberries with the creamy richness of coconut cream, all topped off with fizzy soda water for a delightful beverage experience.
Ingredients: 6 fresh strawberries. 1 cup coconut cream. 2 cups soda water. 1 tablespoon honey. Ice cubes. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth. In a pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, coconut cream, soda water, and honey. Stir well to mix. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
