Okay, hockey talk. I know this isn’t really a hockey blog, but i am UPSET. I love hockey, ok? Im sorry, but bear with me.

First of all, I HATE the Tyler Toffoli trade. He’s one of my favourite veteran player on the habs. I canNOT believe they did this. I guess the trade return was ok, esp if your goal in life is to collect the Pitlicks like they’re infinity stones, but Tyler deserved better. The man said he was “meant to be a habs players”.

He’s one of the few that wants to stay and fight for the team and get them back to what they were last season.

I would’ve traded Chiarot, Dvorak, Savard, I CAN LITERALLY MAKE A WHOLE ASS LIST BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY.

Just not Tyler Toffoli. (or any of my other favs, like Gally, for example)

I know that hockey/habs fans are wondering “where’s Petry on that list?”. He’s at the very top, but he has 0 trade value. We’re not getting anything for him. Not while he’s sad and mad. I think he’ll get better under MSL and his value will go up, so we’ll finally be able to trade him off. Until then, they’re gonna trade the best we’ve got for as much return as they can get. Which SUCKS. They (Dom Ducharme and Bergevin, i am looking at you) screwed us by trading off all our top line players, which takes us to where we are today.

All im gonna say is, Toffoli’s contract ends in like 2 years.
