I’ve made tofu with minced meat several times, but this time, I wanted to give it a Sichuan twist 🌶️😋. It is made with doubanjiang (chili bean paste) and Chinese vinegar, giving it a rich Yu Xiang flavor.
Also, pan-fried the tofu for a healthier take at home.
