It wasn't a traditional "Will you go out with me?" It was more like she became obsessed with you after a chance encounter (maybe you were nice to her when everyone else was rejecting her, or showed a spark of "craziness" that she adored) and simply… declared herself yours.
She left "gifts" on your window: slightly wilted flowers (stolen from some garden?), sparkling jewelry (where did they come from?), drawings of the two of you with hearts made with what you hoped was red paint.
Her courtship involved following you around, not in a completely threatening way, but with the curiosity of a cat. She wanted to know everything about you.
For Toga, affection is directly linked to blood. Her favorite displays of affection are affectionate bites.
They aren't bites meant to hurt, but small nips on your arm, shoulder, or neck, followed by a lick to "heal" the area. She says it's to "taste a little bit of your love."
She loves hugging you and smelling your neck. Your scent, your warmth, the throbbing of your jugular vein—to her, that's the most intimate and reassuring thing in the world.
If she's very happy or excited, she can't help but sink her fangs into you a little harder. Then she apologizes profusely, with sad puppy dog eyes, even though you can tell she really enjoyed it.
Toga is incredibly possessive. If someone else gets too close to you, especially if they're cute or make you laugh, her smile becomes too wide and her eyes glaze over.
She won't confront the person directly (at first). Instead, she'll become incredibly clingy with you, hanging onto your arm and loudly declaring "You're mine!", rubbing her cheek against yours to mark her territory.
If the person persists, her "jokes" can turn sinister. Suddenly, that person finds their chair covered in glue, or their drink "accidentally" laced with salt. Toga thinks they're fun games to scare off the competition.
In extreme cases, she might threaten to "befriend" that person in a very, very persuasive way (by pulling out a knife and smiling).
Shigaraki: Kazah/Japanese, dad's side from Japan, mom's side from Kazakhstan.
Toga: German/Japanese, she lowkey just gives off the vibes, no explanation.
Dabi: British, British, British. This man is the type of guy to hit his vape in public and use British slang. I can't unsee it in my mind. In another life, he is wearing his Nike head to toe, saying sum shit about "down with the queen."
Spinner: American or Northern Africa. Maybe Nigerian, but has little to no ties to his culture due to growing up in Japan.
Magne: Turkish/Bulgarian. + speaks Bulgarian.
Compress: Chinese/Japanese, when he was younger, He also studied abroad in China for theater arts & performance for college.
Twice: Polish/Russian. He has the depressed eyes of a Slavic person who smokes a lot.

Ok! Sorry this took so long! I wanted to write about not just penis and vagina sex change. And since spinner I hc as having two dicks, I thought it would be nice to have some intersex representation! Please forgive me, as I tried to be accurate, but it is discussed so little it's hard for me to be absolutely correct. And for this, it's more how they react, and not so much how their partner reacts.

Toga: I see her immediately wanting to compare dick sizes with the league, and being thrilled that as a small built adult, she would have a massive dick. Would helicopter her penis, and stare at it while it's soft because she had never seen one soft before.
Spinner: since I believe he has hemipenes, which are tucked inside, I don't think he would notice immediately. He would be cleaning after the mission and realize he looked different. Where he is usually smooth skin was divided by labia, and where the clit would have been was enlarged as if it was a miniature penis. Not fully understanding he was hit with a sex change quirk, he would freak out and think something was wrong. If you're his partner, you may want to sit him down and explain he isn't dying and his two dicks will be back once the quirk wears off.
When she’s not doing LoV stuff, Toga spends her free time at museums and parks sketching to her hearts content
Every few months she gets hyper fixated on a new artist and wants to be just like them!! So, she mimics their styles and does everything she can to learn everything about them until eventually she finds someone else to love.
She likes a lot of traditional mediums, but messily working with charcoal is her favorite. She always has black smudges on her clothes.
In lieu of actual fixative, she uses her strawberry scented hairspray to fix her papers, which frankly is fine bc by the time the pages yellow, she’s already moved on to a new artistic venture.
With the little money she has, she buys art supplies and attends small art classes (in disguise of course)
She loves splatter art and Kurogiri has to keep telling her to “pls not do that in the League HQ, and pls do not actually use human blood”
She loves sketching people that strike her fancy, which is cute or creepy depending on how you think about it
For some reason the idea of her wearing an oversized yellow sweater under a pair of paint splattered overalls that are torn in the knees is reallllly appealing to me.
Toga keeps pencils and painthrushes stuck in her buns when she’s working
She’s got an entire notebook that’s just portraits of the LoV memembers. Some of the sketches are “normal” and some of them are vaguely threatening.
Twice and Magne (rip queen) have a genuine interest in her work and are very supportive. Shigi and Dabi are kinda assholes about it in a big bro sorta way but they’re secretly pleased when Toga sketches them. Kurogiri doesn’t care what Toga gets up to as long as she stops making messes and leaving her art supplies everywhere.
However, there is a totally wholesome moment when Kurogiri finds a painting Toga made of the all the League members with “family” written on the back of the canvas and he cries about it and insists on framing it over the bar (before they were forced to relocate)
