Nutrition - Today's tip is on how to deal with alcohol in your diet? This one is a very special post as I just got this conversation with my wife this past week-end about it. There is two options in my opinion when it comes to drinking alcohol: - You allow yourself to drink alcohol because that's what you enjoy and that makes you happy. - You make the choice to not drink alcohol because that's important for you ( goals, beliefs, values, tastes....) But when it's in a social event you should never set yourself apart because that might get you in an uncomfortable spot and that might get the other in a uncomfortable spot as well. People might want to share a moment with you, and whatever your choice is you should acknowledge that and enjoy it. 🥳 Quick tips elaborated for you w/ my wife this weekend: - if you drink alcohol but want to stay moderate: have one glass and one glass only, and make it last the entire event. Therefore you will not be frustrated and set apart from your friends/ family... -if you don't drink alcohol: make sure you have a replacement ready, poured it into a real glass🍹 ( "cans' cheers are cheap and weird" - wife) so you can cheers with your family and friends. For my part I use some @nocco drinks, and it serves me perfectly. -if you don't want to care about how much you drink: then don't care at all and don't have some regrets the next morning. Make sure you do the 1/1 ratio with some water in order to stay hydrated. And this will be considered as your relax day 😉 If you have some questions don't hesitate to message me I will be happy to share experiences. 🤝 Don't forget to not drive and drink, be responsible and be safe. Don't drink and text your ex's either! 🤣 #crossfit #drinkresponsibly #hersandmine #wifeinput #togetheritsbetter #wine #beer #champagne #healthy #tips #tipsoftheday #thebusycrossfitter #fitlife #fitgirl #motivation #macros #drinks #pics #picsoftheday #couplesgoals #diet #health (à Kevelaer) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5A78CzoMUl/?igshid=1j50ucmrrqdcx
