Finding #Minestrone #Genovese I'll never know why I've missed #Genova up until now, but finding it after all these years has been exciting. Doing the research and finding a hidden gem like #LaBrinca in the hills of #Ne about 45 minutes from Genova was a major #searchanddestroy mission.
