Luz finds out and drags Amity and King onto the team with her. Partially because Flyer Derby on season is Grudgeby off season and they need a sport to stay active and mostly to see Amity and King in cheer outfits.
Hunter and Luz co-captain the cheer team. Luz can do pep talks that don’t sound too ominous and Hunter can manage a schedule. They work together on coming up with new routines.
King becomes the team mascot. As befits his role he gets a tshirt cannon.
Willow seeing Hunter, Luz, and Amity in cheer outfits and nearly flies straight into the pole.
Attendance skyrockets after the cheer team debuts. I’m not saying that people come to check out Hunter’s muscles in a skirt and crop top, but it’s no coincidence Edric and Emria have never missed a game.
