NATIONALElectoral Bond Scheme : 5-Judge Constitution Bench Of Supreme Court To Hear Batch Of Pleas Challenging Validity From October 31 Impectnewsindia

A five-judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court is scheduled to commence hearing from October 31 a batch of pleas challenging the validity of the electoral bond scheme for political funding of parties.

As per PTI report, The scheme, which was notified by the government on January 2, 2018, was pitched as an alternative to cash donations made to political parties as part of efforts to bring in transparency in political funding.

According to the provisions of the scheme, electoral bonds may be purchased by any citizen of India or entity incorporated or established in India. An individual can buy electoral bonds, either singly or jointly with other individuals.

Toheart takes a best-friend photo with Dongwoo & Xiumin

Seems like love is in the air for some bromance during this Christmas season! The best-friend couples between SM Entertainment and Woollim Entertainment took a lovely quadruplet selca at the KBS backstage last night!

Yesterday, on December 19th, Toheart (Woohyun & Key) gathered together with INFINITE’s Dongwoo and EXO-M’s Xiumin at the backstage of KBS for aspecial Christmas Music Bank broadcast. After performing their hit song “Tell Me Whym,” Toheart was joined by Dongwoo and Xiumin for a collaboration stage for Toheart’s debut track “Delicious,” as they were invited as guests for the “Best Friends” segment of the show.

While Dongwoo and Xiumin also got a chance to sing some lines in the song, their appearance on the same stage created much hype among fans as they were a duo that many fans knew to be good friends in real life. In fact, while Toheart is known to be a collaboration between two members of the 91-line in the K-Pop music world, Dongwoo and Xiumin were revealed to have attended the same high school when they were younger.

To commemorate the memorable collaboration among the four idols, they took a friendly picture together with similar poses, which was then uploaded on Key’s personal Instagram account.
