worlds/universes/whatever
figure i should start this off with something more general, so here's the list (roughly) of the universes i have and some of their influences
tohull (working title, universe/world unnamed)
a kind of prohibition era universe, only with anthro characters instead of humans. you could say furry if you really wanted, in the same way you might call a werewolf a furry, and i’ll leave it at that. each species—reptiles, avians, felids, canids, vulpids, and rodents—all have a different place in society and different rules. in tohull, and the country the city exists in, they live together in more or less peace, save for some potentially supernatural occurences.
realm of dead gods
a much more recent universe, inspired initially by amber skies by the lovely caretaker but since then branching off into several other inspirations. main focus on the end of things, and a cautious hope for a beginning in that. best described as post-post-apocalypse.
the Lab (working title, unnamed)
modern fantasy sci-fi, with twists of scp foundation. named after an elusive Lab without a name (by design, it’s hard to track something without a name) who are more focused on creating things than the things they create.
scua (unofficial but might be official)
heavily inspired by david armsby’s autodale, and the concept of something we would perceive as a dystopia, but everyone in it has been brainwashed into enjoying it. feth have wings, and hide above the clouds. apteros don’t, and live in ignorance of the world above their heads. at any point an apteros may reveal themselves to be a feth, and the fledgeling is whisked away to scua, the place where the feth live.
shattered plains, salted earth (working title, might be official)
sci-fi mystery on a planet that’s been torn apart into floating islands. underdeveloped at the moment, admittedly.
eukador
initially intended to be a ‘humans are space orcs’ kind of scenario, but i got bored of it. might revisit someday with a more cohesive idea.
atheria
this is the big one. kind of a fantasy catchall, but things can’t just exist. they have to coexist. dædra and gods are completely different things, but both ‘exist’, to some extent. the difference between time magic, reality magic, death magic, and anything else is significant. draconics are categorized; serpents and salamanders and lindworms and the classic, dracos draconius. bheue helps create things like landering, the city with five times as much area as it takes up, and the Seventh Sword, a device capable of wiping creatures from existence. also where most of my characters end up, and even more start.
