It is the kind of place where you will get addicted and makes you want to order everything from the menu. All curry will be brought with an iron plate which you can see them still boiling inside. Among many tempting choices on the menu, the chicken curry with spinach and eggs (800 Yen) is just exceptionally good. We have nothing but praises for this curry which was phenomenal. It is our "must go" place in Tokyo Station for a reasonable and fine local food. Most of the dishes on the menu are under 1,000 Yen. The staffs here are good entertainers who would perform you a "short play" whenever you order drinks (it is part of their friendly service so don't count on it too much). They have played the Street Fighters for us when we ordered Guile's Sommersalt Kick (730 Yen) and Edmond Honda's tea (450 Yen) for our drink which was very amusing. They will probably give you "Ha do ken!" if you ever had a chance to order Ryu's cocktail and perhaps "Tatsumaki Senpu Kyaku!" if you order Ken's special drink respectively. But most importantly, we found that all staffs here are enjoying to perform in front of the customers by creating the atmosphere very lively and energetic. It might be a good place to go since there isn't a queue you need to wait in. The soup here is Tonkotsu and Niboshi (pork and dried fish) based. Also if you are very keen to the trend in Japan, you should order TKG, which stands for Tamago Kake Gohan (Raw egg on rice; 200yen). It has been a small trend in Japan to search for the best TKG in Japan, and having "Tama" in the name of the restaurant, Tamgoro offers TKG. Add a little bit of soy sauce (really a little bit!!) and blend it with the rice.
