Summary: High schooler Maddy (Caitlin Stasey) tries out for the cheerleading team to avenge the death of her friend Alexis (Felisha Cooper), but soon finds that the other girls are not the biggest threat to her existence.

Fun little horror comedy that totally has nothing to say about high school football culture and its effects on girls.

Broke Horror Fan and FANGORIA present VFW on limited edition, fully functional VHS! The latest genre film to join our retro home video line is available now from Witter Entertainment.

From director Joe Begos (Bliss), the horror-action film stars Stephen Lang (Don’t Breathe), William Sadler (The Shawshank Redemption), Martin Kove (The Karate Kid), David Patrick Kelly (Twin Peaks), George Wendt (Cheers), and Fred Williamson (From Dusk Till Dawn).

It arrives on VHS in a black clamshell case with artwork by Paul Wee (The Simpsons), limited to 50. Stay tuned after the movie for special features: The Making of VFW, Meet the Cast of VFW, and The Special Makeup Effects of VFW.

For optimal VHS viewing, the film has been cropped from its original aspect ratio to 4:3 full frame. It is officially licensed from RLJE Films.

A typical night for a group of war veterans at the local VFW turns into an all-out battle for survival when a teenage girl runs into the bar with a bag of stolen drugs. Suddenly under attack from a gang of punk mutants looking to get back what’s theirs – at any cost – the vets use every weapon they can put together to protect the girl, and their VFW, in the biggest fight of their lives.

Rewatch - 03x02 - "Father's Day"

One bathroom, ugh. My family of six only ever had one; the AFs have 2.5, usually. Love Lena supporting Stef in the kitchen. Callie and Jude fighting over Robert and Donald. AJ called Callie from juvie. I'm glad Callie's there for Sophia. Stef sees herself in Connor with what he's dealing with when it comes to Adam. 😢 Jude and Robert make good points to Callie. #CalliesOtherDad...so tacky. Sad that's there's not a Mother's Day episode until Season 5.
