Tomahawk ribeye!
Big Papa wrote about a particular soos vih-day method for thick-boi chops so I did it His way and I can report good results. You can tell from the bone that I used the grill for the sear instead of my cast iron, for obvious reasons.
Micro greens, steamed broccoli, tomahawk ribeyes and Larkmead 2012 LMV Salon made a great going away dinner for the college kid who was here for spring break.
