nope! unless you want to count the player cameraman in sonicomi as her partner as you do grow a romantic relationship with her. however 1) he exclusively exists in that game (and a cameo in a single manga chapter iirc) and 2) ive only gotten one ending in sonicomi and it's the one where sonico becomes a UN nurse LMAO
i do agree that suzu has a crush on her absolutely. its anime yuri bait but i do infact fall for it.
sonico as a student also maybe had a crush on her cool upperclassman (tomano) featured in ep4 though. imo.
also her being bi and or aro would be very cool and awesome. its a copout answer but sonico can be anything u want and its beautiful ^_^
