About Freaking Time ( Private with Tom Atlus )
Over stepping her boundaries was something that Yang never really tried to do, but usually happened. She would have a boyfriend with a specific person if she didn't feel like she'd cross that line by asking him herself. Things always got in the way, special nights get interrupted by other events. Even New Years her sister crashed their special outing because she had wanted to kiss Weiss at midnight but couldn't work up the nerve and was crying.
It almost felt like something or someone was keeping them from finding the happiness they'd been striving for all these months. Yang sighed, walking along the grey pathways that intertwined throughout Beacon Academy, staring at her boots as they carried her along. Gritting her teeth, she clenched her fists as she stopped, closing her eyes.
"Why can't I do it? I can fight Grimm, protect the ones I care for, why the hell can't I just ask him out?" Her hands rested upon her knees as she bent over, racked with self-imposed guilt and frustration. And then, just like a spark that ran through her mind, she stood up and looked into the school. "Forget this, I'm doing it..." She started to walk back in but quickly stopped as her heart began to way with worry. "But what if I push to hard..." She shook her head to relieve herself of the paranoia and forced herself to start walking again. With every step it felt like water had started to rush in. Ankle depth, knees, hips waist, chest, it only felt harder and harder to continue forward. Every worry, fear, and depressing thought ran through her mind as she forced herself in his direction.
"N-No! I will do this... Shut up brain, I can do this!"
"Yes I can! Shut up, shut up, SHUT UP!"
By the time she 'd stopped yelling at herself internally, she was standing before the dorm room door for Tom and his team. With the heaviest imaginary weights she'd ever felt on her arms, she liften her right hand as a fist and knocked slowly on his door.
