Ingredients: 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced. 1 ball of burrata cheese. 2 cups fresh arugula. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Put the tomato slices on a platter to serve. Break up the burrata cheese and sprinkle it on top of the tomatoes. To make a dressing, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour the dressing over the burrata and tomatoes.
