Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices mozzarella cheese. 2 large tomatoes, sliced. 1 cup fresh basil leaves. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Make 4 patties out of the mixture that you mixed well. Grill burgers for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Just before the burgers are done cooking, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each one to melt. On the grill, toast the burger buns until they are just barely golden. For the glaze:. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 2 tbsp pure maple syrup. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon. 1-2 tbsp milk.

Instructions: Grease a donut pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Combine the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the milk, egg, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into each of the donut pan's cavities, filling them about two thirds of the way. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the donuts bounce back when lightly touched. After letting the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. In order to prepare the glaze, blend the powdered sugar, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and a sufficient amount of milk to reach the desired consistency.
