A delicious grilled cheese sandwich featuring tender chicken breast, creamy avocado, and juicy tomato slices, perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 2 slices of bread. 2 slices of cooked chicken breast. 1/2 avocado, sliced. 1 small tomato, sliced. 2 slices of cheese. Butter or margarine for spreading.
Instructions: On one side of each piece of bread, put butter or margarine. Put one slice of bread on a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat with the butter side down. On top of the bread in the skillet, put one slice of cheese, then slices of cooked chicken breast, avocado, tomato, and the last slice of cheese. Put the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Cook the sandwich until the bottom piece of bread is golden brown. Carefully use a spatula to flip the sandwich over. Keep cooking until the cheese melts and the other side is golden brown. Take it out of the pan, cut it up if you want, and serve it hot.
