'Tomcatters' over Oceana

This formation by VF-31 "Tomcatters" was the final flyby of the F-14 Tomcat during the Fleet Flyby at Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, which took place in September 2006. This formation symbolizes the passing of the torch between two generations of naval air power as the squadron transitions from the F-14 to the F-18.
