First gif set is a success. They are running really slow, and nothing I did to the frame rates really helped, so I'm kind of stumped. i will have to play around with that before I do another one.

I used Tomhiddlestunned's gif tutorial. Kmplayer took a bit of fussing with the dvd before I could do the capture. Photoscape worked nicely. it remembered the settings for the first gif, so i didn't have to edit anything twice.
