WHERE: Brisbane BBQ Festival WHEN: Saturday 26th of June WITH @tamirkasra
Milou checked her phone when she reached the stand, eager to be out of the house, and thinking about whether not to send Tommy a message when she reached the place they had decided to meet at. Perhaps she was overthinking it, though perhaps in this case was a most definitely. She knew she was easily discouraged, and seeing someone she had an one-night stand with for something that could be described as a date was definitely something she needed to be discouraged from.
Which was exactly why she hadn’t told a single soul.
She looked, already aware of the barbeque festival, and really eager to ask a question about it when he appeared, a grin on her face at the thought of it. She did enjoy having banter with people, and Tommy had managed to make her laugh during sex, which in her eyes was a sign someone was special. One of many signs.
“Oi,” she said, pulling off her fakest British accent, no clue what part of the UK she was trying to copy. “Didn’t know you wanted to make this date about food,” she said, holding out both arms to gesture at the festival.
